Hi, my name is Chris Penner. I have been living in the Fraser Valley area for the past 12 years and find it a wonderful place to call home. I got married to a wonderful lady almost 2 years ago from Ontario, who is currently just wrapping up her PDP at a university in the area. She plans to teach elementary school come the fall of 2009.

I also spend some of my time studying in my respective field, barefoot water skiing. It takes time, proper tools, training/eduction/coaching, dedication, strength and a no fear attitude to be successful at such a sport, since you do fall flat on your face from time to time. 

That being said my day job is as a Real Estate Consultant serving Abbotsford, Chilliwack, Langley and the Fraser Valley. With the current shift in the market place, it too takes those same skill sets to be successful and serve my clients to the best of my ability. That's why I am Abbotsford's EXTREME REALTOR. I know I need to be ahead of the curve and that means spending some of my time learning and practicing my skills so that I can be at my best for you.

It's funny how things you are involved in tend to use the same skills and attributes that your work uses. I also play guitar in a cover band and on worship team at my church. Music requires a lot of the same dedication and practice that I give to my job. If I am a little sluggish at band rehearsal I know it's because I haven't practiced enough that week. The same thing goes for real estate. That's why I take that necessary time to practice real estate related skills. I wouldn't let my band down, and I certainly wouldn't let you down, so when it comes to getting your home sold let me be there to help.
